Sauce ingredients
3 tbsp. olive oil; 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard; 3 tbsp. lemon juice; 1 tsp. honey; 0.5 tsp. salt, hot ground pepper, cumin.
Preparation
Pour the chopped onion, drained beans, chickpeas, olives, herbs, garlic into a deep container. Mix the mass and add the sauce. Mix the broth, leave for 15 minutes for the flavors to blend and serve. Enjoy your meal.
