Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 🍅 Cherry tomatoes — 200 g (cut in halves)

  • 🫒 Aiello Green Olives6–8 olives, sliced

  • 🧀 Feta cheese — 80 g, roughly crumbled

  • 🌿 Fresh parsley or oregano — 1 tablespoon, finely chopped

  • 🧂 Sea salt — to taste

  • 🌶 Freshly ground black pepper — to taste


How to prepare

  1. Add tomatoes to a large bowl.

  2. Slice Aiello Green Olives into rings and mix with the tomatoes.

  3. Add crumbled feta and fresh herbs.
